inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Health Minister Budi Gunadi Sadikin stated that the latest data shows that around 40 million people have registered for the Free Health Check (CKG) and 36 million of them have had their health checked, with the most common problem being toothache.

"We can see what health problems that people most have to deal with, and of these 36 million, the most common are toothache, high blood pressure, and blood sugar, which require further treatment," said Minister Budi Gunadi on Tuesday (7/10/2025).

Budi explained that the CKG is a government initiative to keep Indonesians healthy and prevent them from being hospitalized. Budi said that all serious diseases, such as cancer and heart disease, do not appear suddenly, but there are small symptoms that may appear several years before the disease worsens.

"Usually, it is easy for Indonesians to ignore high blood pressure, high blood sugar, or cholesterol before they suddenly have a stroke or heart attack, so that's why the Free Health Check is implemented," said the Minister of Health.
