inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Jakarta Regional Metropolitan Police held an Enhanced Routine Activities (KRYD) patrol roll call. This patrol involved 140 joint personnel from the Indonesian National Police (INP), the Indonesian Military (TNI), and the Public Order Agency (Satpol PP).

Head of Unit 3, Sub-Directorate of Certain Areas Security of Vital Objects Security of the Jakarta Regional Metropolitan Police, Police Assistant Superintendent Miftakhul Huda, stated that the KRYD patrol was conducted to anticipate street crimes, specifically the 3Cs: theft, robbery, and motorcycle theft. 

He explained that the patrol also targeted other potential disturbances to public order and security, including brawls.

"This activity is an enhanced routine measure to maintain a safe and conducive situation, especially against potential street crimes and other disturbances to public order and security," said Huda on Saturday (May 23, 2026).

According to him, the 140 personnel involved consisted of 100 INP personnel, 30 TNI personnel, and 10 Satpol PP personnel. 

Huda stated that the patrol team will operate mobilely to several vulnerable locations. Personnel movements will also be situational, adapting to conditions on the ground.

"The patrol pattern will be dynamic to anticipate potential disturbances to public order and security in the field," he said.

He hopes the KRYD patrols will prevent street crime and provide a sense of security to the public from night to early morning.
