PT Pertamina continues to build public enthusiasm for the 2026 Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia, scheduled to take place at the Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), from October 9-11, 2026. This effort is part of preparations for the grand MotoGP event in Indonesia.

One of the latest initiatives is the Road to Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia 2026 series. 

Pertamina is holding a joint viewing of the San Marino MotoGP at Grha Pertamina, Jakarta, as a platform for fans to come together.

This event marks the second joint viewing session in the Road to series. Motorcycle communities and Pertamina officers are involved in bringing the MotoGP atmosphere closer and building excitement for the race in Mandalika.

Corporate Secretary of PT Pertamina, Arya Dwi Paramita, emphasized that the Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia has a broader dimension than just the race on the track. 

According to him, the presence of MotoGP in Indonesia is a momentum to strengthen Mandalika's position as a sports tourism destination and boost economic activity in the surrounding community.

"The Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia is not just about racing. This event brings global attention to Indonesia and serves as a momentum to boost tourism, increase tourist visits, and stimulate economic activity, including for MSMEs and local businesses in Mandalika and Lombok," said Arya.
