Inp.polri.go.id - Palu. In celebration of the 80th Bhayangkara Day, the Central Sulawesi Regional Police launched on Monday (115/6/2026) a health service program “Polri Untuk Masyarakat,” providing free surgeries for residents in need.

The initiative includes cleft lip and palate surgery, cataract surgery, and pterygium surgery at Bhayangkara Hospital Palu.

“This health program is part of Bhayangkara Day celebrations, aimed at delivering direct benefits to the community, especially those unable to afford surgery,” said Central Sulawesi Police Head of Public Relations Senior Superintendent. Djoko Wienartono.

He encouraged local residents to take advantage of the opportunity, noting that the initiative strengthens trust in the Indonesian National Police (INP) while improving public health.

Screening for cleft lip and palate patients will take place on 22 and 23 June 2026, with surgeries scheduled for 24 and 25 June. Cataract and pterygium screenings are set for 18 and 19 June 2026, followed by surgeries on 26 and 27June. All services are free of charge.
