Inp.polri.go.id - Palu.  The Central Sulawesi Regional Police seized over 2,000 liters of illegally hoarded subsidized bio-solar fuel during a raid in Petasia, North Morowali Regency, on Saturday (11/4/2026).

"Investigators uncovered a large-scale storage site containing seven plastic tanks, with approximately 2,060 liters of bio-solar recovered from the scene," said Senior Superintendent Djoko Wienartono, the Head of Public Relations for the Central Sulawesi Police, as reported by antaranews.com.

Acting on a tip-off, the Special Crimes Directorate targeted a facility in Ganda-Ganda Village owned by a 55-year-old entrepreneur identified as HT. The suspect allegedly orchestrated an illegal trade network to divert subsidized fuel meant for the public toward industrial use.

Authorities confiscated the fuel and storage equipment as evidence, while the suspect remains under investigation for violating national downstream oil and gas regulations.
