inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Head of the Traffic Corps of the Indonesian National Police (INP), Inspector General Agus Suryonugroho, stated that traffic on the Cipali Toll Road is running smoothly following the implementation of the one-way traffic engineering.
"Traffic conditions on Cipali are now very smooth because we opened the one-way section of the first and second phases of the Presisi route, and it's currently being managed quite well," he said in Bekasi, West Java, on Friday (3/27/2026).
As of Friday, the first phase of the Presisi one-way system will be implemented from kilometer 132 of the Cipali Toll Road to kilometer 70 of the Cikampek Utama Toll Road, while the second phase of the Presisi one-way system will be implemented from kilometer 263 of the Pejagan Toll Road to kilometer 70.
Agus said that his office will evaluate whether the one-way system will continue tomorrow.
"We will likely evaluate again tomorrow whether we will extend the one-way return flow or perhaps extend it to KM 414. This will be based on traffic count analysis, which we consistently coordinate with the Jasa Marga President Director," he said.
Furthermore, he stated that his party is also implementing contraflow traffic engineering from KM 70 to KM 55 due to increased traffic volume.
"Usually, afternoon traffic from the Trans Java toll road heading to Jakarta increases in the afternoon and evening," he said.
If a two-lane contraflow is needed, he confirmed that he will coordinate with Jasa Marga first.
