Investigators from the Indonesian National Police (INP)'s Anti-Corruption Corps and the Jakarta Regional Metropolitan Police's Special Criminal Investigation Directorate have scheduled the handover of suspect Don Ritto to the Attorney General's Office (AGO) tomorrow (7/17/2026).
This is related to the transfer of the case handling for the alleged corruption case at PT Asabri for the 2020–2025 period and two other cases.
"The case will be handed over on Friday," explained the Director of Special Criminal Investigation, Senior Superintendent Victor Dean Mackbon, on Thursday (7/16/2026).
According to him, investigators also brought evidence confiscated during last week's search. The evidence consisted of money and gold.
"Along with the money and gold we have already confiscated," he said.
The joint team reportedly searched 12 locations in South Jakarta and Sentul, Bogor Regency, in connection with this case.
During a search of Cafe de'Clan in Cipete, suspected of being linked to Don Ritro, documents, cell phones, S$3,130,000 in cash, US$889,965, and Rp259,159,000 were seized.
