The community outreach initiative targeted residents living in RT 02, RT 03, and RT 04  neighbourhood units of the Sepinggan Raya Urban Village, Balikpapan City. During the activity, officers delivered 175 five-kilogram bags of rice directly to local households.

The aid package distribution aims to help satisfy basic food needs for local families while reinforcing community relations between the regional police force and local residents.

Local recipients expressed appreciation for the direct support, noting that the presence of police officers delivering aid provided both economic relief and a reassuring security presence in their neighborhood.
