Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The government has guaranteed the public that food stocks and energy supplies remain secure and under control leading up to the Eid al-Fitr festivities. 

Following a cabinet meeting with President Prabowo Subianto on Wednesday (4/3/2026), Coordinating Minister for Food Zulkifli Hasan confirmed that maintaining affordable prices is the top priority.

"I am managing food affairs to ensure availability is maintained and prices remain affordable during Eid," he said, as cited by antaranews.com.

To stabilize the market, the government is mobilizing regional leaders to conduct market operations and utilize emergency funds for transport subsidies. 

Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Bahlil Lahadalia guaranteed that fuel and LPG stocks are sufficient despite rising global geopolitical tensions between Iran and Israel. He emphasized that subsidized fuel prices will not increase before the holiday, providing certainty for millions of travelers. Inter-ministerial coordination will intensify throughout the holiday period to ensure smooth national mobility and economic stability.
