Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) confirmed that the high-profile legal battle between entrepreneur Nabilah O’Brien and consumer Zendhy Kusuma has concluded through a successful mediation process at the Bareskrim headquarters on Sunday (8/3/2026). 

Brigadier General Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko, the INP Public Relations Division Head of Public Information Bureau, announced that both parties reached a mutual agreement to end their competing legal reports. 

"The future projection of this mediation is to provide a complete sense of justice for both parties and the broader community," he said following the agreement, as quoted by antaranews.com 

The dispute, which originated from a restaurant altercation and subsequent social media fallout, had previously drawn significant public attention

Under the settlement, both sides signed formal withdrawals of their respective police reports and agreed to remove all related social media content. This resolution utilized a restorative justice mechanism, effectively terminating all ongoing criminal proceedings at both the Mampang Police Office and the INP Criminal Investigation Agency.
