The Narcotics Crime Directorate of the Indonesian National Police (INP)'s Criminal Investigation Unit conducted confrontational questioning between the suspects and drug dealer Erwin Iskandar, also known as Ko Erwin. The confrontational questioning was conducted for Ko Erwin and the former Head of the Bima City Sub-regional Police Narcotics Investigation Unit, Malaungi.

"He is currently being questioned by the investigators to confront each other's testimony," explained the Director of Narcotics Crimes at the INP National Police's Criminal Investigation Unit, Brigadier General Eko Hadi Santoso, Friday (2/27/2026).

According to Eko, confrontational questioning was also conducted for five suspects from the drug trafficking cluster identified by the West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Regional Police. The five suspects are Irfan, Herman, Yusril, Anita, and Ais, who have been taken to the Bareskrim Polri.

"This is a pretty complex case as everyone is telling their own version of events," explained Brigadier General Eko.

Through the confrontational questioning, Eko hopes to obtain solid information regarding the network and flow of drug proceeds, including the amount of funds transferred from Ko Erwin to Malaungi for Didik Putra Kuncoro.
