inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Mobile Brigade Unit of the Jakarta Regional Metropolitan Police held a blood donor activity as part of the Indonesian National Police (INP) community health service.
The event was held to commemorate the 80th Bhayangkara Day.
The event, held at the Bhayangkara Mobile Brigade Primary Clinic, involved 100 personnel to help meet the community's blood needs.
The Commander of the Jakarta Regional Metropolitan Police Mobile Brigade Unit, Senior Superintendent Henik Maryanto, stated that the blood drive was part of police’s concern for others.
"Through this activity, we want to provide immediate benefits to the community, especially those in need of blood transfusions," he explained on Tuesday (6/23/2026).
According to Henik, the involvement of 100 personnel in the blood drive, in collaboration with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI), demonstrates the commitment of the Jakarta Regional Metropolitan Police Mobile Brigade to contribute to humanitarian efforts that have a broad impact on the community.
In addition to helping maintain blood supplies for patients in need, the event also serves as a means of strengthening a sense of caring and solidarity among fellow human beings.
The blood donation drive is part of a series of events held by INP in celebrating the 80th Bhayangkara Day. Through this humanitarian initiative, they hope to make a positive contribution and strengthen the bond between the police and the community.
"The community is expected to continue fostering a spirit of mutual cooperation and social awareness, including through blood donation activities that benefit the safety of many people," he said.
