Inp.polri.go.id - Jambi. The Jambi Regional Police Directorate of Traffic engaged online and traditional motorcycle taxi drivers in a road safety education program under the "Polantas KARIB" initiative in Jambi on Tuesday (8/9.2026). 

Hundreds of drivers participated in theoretical modules on standard helmet usage, vehicle readiness, traffic sign compliance, and the prohibition of mobile phone use while driving.

"We hope drivers not only stay orderly but also serve as safety pioneers who spread traffic compliance messages to the public," said Jambi Police Director of Traffic Director Senior Superintendent Adi Benny Cahyono.

Supported by Jasa Raharja and the Nusantara Online Taxi Association, the event featured practical safety riding drills and driver's license theory pre-tests. Through this community-based approach, the Jambi Police Directorate of Traffic aims to reduce traffic accidents and strengthen partnerships with daily road users.
