Inp.polri.go.id - Bekasi. The Jakarta Metro Jaya Regional Police Mobile Brigade (Brimob) unit responded to a house fire in West Bekasi during a midnight patrol on Wednesday (15/7/2026). 

Brimob officers rushed to the scene after receiving an emergency alert via the 110 hotline, securing the area to assist local firefighting efforts. No casualties were reported.

"The presence of Brimob officers in the field is a form of community service. Every piece of information received must be followed up quickly," said Metro Jaya Police Brimob Commander Senior Superintendent Henik Maryanto.

Following the incident, the officers resumed their routine crime-prevention patrols across high-risk areas in Bekasi, including Harapan Indah Boulevard and Kranji. Authorities urged residents to remain vigilant against fire hazards and to immediately report any emergencies or criminal activities to the police hotline.
