inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP)'s Drugs Criminal Directorate has arrested a fugitive named Andre, also known as Charlie, also known as The Doctor. The fugitive is part of Ko Erwin's network, a drug dealer in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB).

The Head of the NIC Task Force, Senior Superintendent Kevin Leleury, explained that the suspect was arrested in Malaysia. The arrest of The Doctor was a collaborative effort between INP's Drugs Criminal Investigation Directorate, the International Relations Division, Interpol, and the Indonesian Consulate General in Malaysia.

"The arrest was made yesterday afternoon (4/5/2026) at an apartment in Penang, Malaysia. He himself is in Malaysia," he explained on Monday (4/6/2026).

He explained that suspect Andre The Doctor is a supplier for two networks in Indonesia: the NTB network and the White Rabbit network in PIK and Gatot Soebroto.

"The evidence we secured in Penang was just a bag and several cell phones. We also coordinated with Interpol. So they are the ones taking action in Malaysia," he said.
