One way to do this is by introducing the E-Signal (National Digital Electronic One-Stop Integrated Administration System) application to the public at the Kotabumi Samsat, Bukit Kemuning Village.

The service, which began at 8:00 a.m., not only handled motor vehicle tax payments but also provided education to the public about the convenience of digital vehicle tax payments through the E-Signal application.

North Lampung Sub-regional Police Traffic Unit personnel on duty at the Kotabumi, Bukit Kemuning, will explain to taxpayers how to use the application and the benefits of digital services that offer more practical and efficient access.

North Lampung Sub-regional Police Public Relations Chief, First Police Inspector Herawati, stated that improving the quality of public service is one of the police's priorities, including in motor vehicle administration services.

"We continue to strive to provide fast, easy, and transparent services to the public. The presence of the Main One-Stop Integrated Administration System (Samsat), Village Samsat, and Mobile Samsat is expected to make it easier for the public to fulfill their vehicle tax payment obligations without having to travel long distances," said Herawati.

She explained that the use of the E-Signal application is part of a public service innovation aimed at providing easier access for the public in managing their motor vehicle tax obligations.

"Through the E-Signal socialization, we want the public to be more aware that paying vehicle tax can now be done more practically and securely. This is a service innovation to support easy access for taxpayers," she said.
