inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) Delegation Team repatriated a fugitive named FA from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to Indonesia on Friday (6/19/2026). FA is suspected of involvement in a money laundering (TPPU) case involving the Fredy Pratama (FP) drugs network.
The Head of INP Delegation Team, Senior Superintendent Juliarman Eka Putra Pasaribu, stated that FA was previously detained in Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday (6/17/2026). The team then coordinated with the Indonesian Embassy in Kuala Lumpur for the administrative process for his repatriation.
"The fugitive named FA was successfully detained in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We are now coordinating with the Indonesian Embassy for the administrative process for his repatriation to Indonesia," said Juliarman in a written statement on Saturday (6/19/2026).
Juliarman explained that FA is suspected of playing a role in managing the flow of funds for the FP narcotics network. One of the alleged roles is assisting in the exchange of Singapore dollar bills and transporting money from Indonesia to overseas.
"The person concerned is suspected of being involved in the management and transportation of money related to the drugs network. This case is also related to alleged money laundering," he explained.
It is known that FA has been on the wanted list since November 2023. This repatriation was carried out after the police team coordinated with relevant parties in Malaysia.
According to Juliarman, upon arrival in Indonesia, FA will undergo further questioning by investigators. FA's statement will also be examined to develop the case, including tracing the financial network and other parties suspected of involvement.
"Upon arrival in Indonesia, investigators will conduct further questioning. The information obtained will be examined to develop the case," he said.
He ensured that the police will handle the case in accordance with applicable legal procedures. Further developments will be announced after FA has been questioned by investigators.
