inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka received an audience with the Central Leadership Council of Prajaniti Hindu Indonesia to discuss their interest and support in building places of worship representative of all religions in the Nusantara Capital City (IKN).
Vice President Gibran stated that the meeting discussed Prajaniti Hindu Indonesia's proposal to build places of worship for all religions in the IKN.
In response, Gibran expressed the government's commitment to providing representative places of worship for all religious communities.
"The Vice President is enthusiastic in ensuring that places of worship for all religions, including Hindu temples, are properly constructed in the IKN," said Prajaniti Hindu Indonesia Chairman KS Arsana on Monday (5/11/2026).
On the same occasion, Prajaniti Hindu Indonesia also expressed its hope to contribute to the development of IKN through the development of national and environmental-based education.
According to Arsana, the initiative was positively received by the Vice President.
"We hope to contribute to the development of the IKN by building an inclusive, nature-based, national school in the IKN," Arsana said.
In their meeting, they also discussed the importance of preserving and promoting local cultural values in regional development and emphasized that cultural wisdom needs to be the basis for development, including in Bali, which has a rich and strong Hindu tradition and culture.
"The Vice President also emphasized the importance of promoting cultural wisdom, especially in developing Bali as a global economic center," he said.
