inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. President Prabowo Subianto inaugurated 1,177 Prospective Young Officers for the Indonesian Military (TNI) and the Indonesian National Police (INP).

During the event, a warm and united atmosphere was evident between President Prabowo, Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka, INP Chief General Listyo Sigit, and TNI Commander General Agus Subiyanto, during the 2026 Officer Commencement Ceremony (Praspa) at the Merdeka Palace in Jakarta on Wednesday morning, July 22, 2026.

The INP Chief and TNI Commander accompanied President Prabowo as the direct leaders of the inauguration ceremony.

Following the inauguration, President Prabowo engaged in a warm conversation with several state officials in attendance, always accompanied by the INP Chief and TNI Commander.

In his speech, President Prabowo emphasized the importance of solid collaboration between the TNI and INP, as these institutions are at the forefront of maintaining the unity of Indonesia.

President Prabowo also emphasized that the military and police must safeguard Indonesia and avoid narrow corps loyalties.

"Integrity is an officer's honor. Never abuse your position, never be tempted by corruption or embezzlement," quoted President Prabowo in his speech.
