Inp.polri.go.id - Yogyakarta. The Yogyakarta Regional Police held a free community medical outreach program serving hundreds of residents at the Drupadi Hall of the Sosromenduran Ward Office, Yogyakarta.

Organized to commemorate the 80th Bhayangkara Day, the social initiative provided free medical care to 228 local citizens.

Yogyakarta Police Head of Public Relations Senior Superintendent Ihsan said that the community health program is a tangible manifestation of the police's commitment to public welfare alongside their primary security duties.

"The 80th Bhayangkara Day commemoration is a momentum for the Indonesian National Police to continue providing direct benefits to the community," he said. "Through this medical outreach, we hope the public becomes more conscious of their health conditions while gaining easy, cost-free access to medical checkups."

During the single-day outreach clinic, an integrated medical team from the Yogyakarta Police administered various healthcare services. These included blood pressure screenings, basic laboratory blood tests, general practitioner consultations, and dental checkups. Medical staff also provided customized health counseling and educational resources to participants based on their diagnostic results.
