Inp.polri.go.id - Serang. Regional Police Chief Inspector General Hengki visited Mobile Brigade (Brimob) officer Second Brigadier Fajar Dwi at the Bhayangkara Brimob Hospital after he was assaulted by debt collectors.
The officer is recovering following surgery for head and hand injuries.
“We are here to provide moral support. Hopefully officer Fajar will recover soon and return to duty. The institution will continue to assist during his recovery,” saidHengki on Wednesday (10/6/2026).
Banten Police Head of Public Relations Senior Superintendent Maruli Ahiles Hutapea said that officer Fajar’s condition is improving, with doctors planning to transfer him to Bhayangkara Hospital Banten for continued treatment. The visit was described as a show of institutional care for personnel facing hardship.
Officer Fajar expressed gratitude for the support, noting his health is improving and he is committed to completing his recovery.
