Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The National Narcotics Agency (BNN) and the Indonesian National Police (INP) seized 89.16 kilograms of methamphetamine and seven firearms during a massive drug raid in Kampung Bahari, North Jakarta, on Friday. 

The operation involved over 700 joint personnel from BNN, the Jakarta Metro Jaya Regional Police, and the Mobile Brigade (Brimob).

“I am very proud. This proves the extraordinary cooperation between BNN and the Police. With optimal work, we obtained exceptional evidence,” said BNN Chief Commissioner General Suyudi Ario Seto on Saturday (8/11/2025), as quoted by antaranews.com.

Nine suspects were arrested, and authorities also confiscated 91.53 grams of marijuana, 159 ecstasy pills, Rp 1.47 billion in cash, counterfeit money worth Rp 5.5 million, and gold bars totaling 500 grams. Several motorcycles and mobile phones were also seized.

Chief Suyudi emphasized that the operation was a continuation of earlier raids in the same area.
