inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Narcotics Agency (BNN) is cooperating facilitators for the Prevention and Eradication of Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (P4GN) with the Legal Aid Posts (Posbankum) of the Ministry of Law in their socialization effort.

Deni Dharmapala, Head of the Bureau of Human Resources, Apparatus, and Organization, of the BNN, stated that integrating P4GN facilitators with Posbankum is a strategic step in expanding service access to the community.

"P4GN facilitators are embedded with Posbankum and work together to expand service coverage, so that drug prevention efforts can be more effective, down to the village level," said Deni, Thursday (4/9/2026).

He also emphasized that the success of the Indonesia Bersinar (Clean from Drugs) program is largely determined by strong synergy between the central and regional governments.

Deni explained that the current approach to narcotics management prioritizes collaborative governance, which requires cross-sectoral orchestration.

Thus, he said, handling drug crimes requires effective collaborative orchestration, with an integrated approach where the state is firm with dealers and distributors, while still prioritizing a humane approach to addicts and abusers.

Furthermore, Deni emphasized that strengthening the role of P4GN facilitators is a primary focus of the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) in expanding its reach to the village level.

Through outreach activities with the Ministry of Law regarding Posbankum services, the "PASTI" SuperApp, and facilitators, the BNN emphasized that facilitators are not merely program supporters, but rather the spearhead in providing P4GN services that are closer and more directly accessible to the community.

In line with this strengthening, the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, through outreach on Posbankum services and the "PASTI" SuperApp, is supporting efforts to provide more inclusive and accessible public services.

The presence of these integrated services is expected to strengthen the legal ecosystem down to the grassroots level.
