Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian music industry is in deep mourning following the deaths of two prominent musicians, pop singer Vidi Aldiano and God Bless bassist Donny Fattah, on Saturday (7/3/2026). 

Vidi Aldiano, 35, passed away after a prolonged battle with kidney cancer first diagnosed in 2019. His death was confirmed by family and close colleagues, including entertainer Deddy Corbuzier, who posted an emotional tribute to the "Nuansa Bening" singer.

On the same day, legendary bassist and God Bless co-founder Donny Fattah died at the age of 77 at Fatmawati Hospital, Jakarta. The veteran musician, born Jidon Patta Onda Gagola, succumbed to complications from sarcopenia, vascular blockage, and autoimmune issues. 

Despite his declining health, Donny remained active in the rock scene until his final months.
