Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Indonesian National Police (INP) Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo officially inaugurated Commissioner General Ridwan Zulkarnain Panca Putra Simanjuntak as the new Head of the INP’s Education and Training Institute (Lemdiklat) on Sunday (17/5/2026). 

INPe Spokesperson Inspector General Johnny Eddizon Isir said that these structural rotations serve to refresh institutional leadership, strengthen careers, and enhance operational professionalization across various regional territories. 

"With the experience and competence possessed by the officials inaugurated today, we are optimistic that organizational performance will improve and successfully meet future operational challenges," he remarked, as cited by antaranews.com.

The high-level ceremony, held at the Rupatama Building of the INPHeadquarters (Mabes Polri) in Jakarta also included the inauguration of five regional police chiefs  and one principal officer.

The newly appointed regional commanders include Brigadier General Nasri as Central Sulawesi Police Chief, Brigadier General. Himawan Bayu Aji as Southeast Sulawesi Police Chief, and Brigadier General Arif Budiman as North Maluku Police Chief. Furthermore, Inspector General Kalingga Rendra Raharja was sworn in as West Nusa Tenggara Police Chief, alongside Brigadier General Yudhi Sulistianto Wahid as Bengkulu Police Chief. Senior Superintendent Yudi Arkara Oktabera was also inaugurated as the Chief of the INP Headquarters Services.
