inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo outlined several innovations implemented by the INP to utilize and boost agricultural production.

Sigit revealed that INP is collaborating with local MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) to encourage the utilization of agricultural byproducts by developing corncob briquettes called Miracle Carbon.

"As an alternative energy source for household needs, to support MSMEs, to heat chicken coops, and to replace firewood," Sigit said while delivering a report before President Prabowo Subianto at the simultaneous second-quarter corn harvest in Tuban Regency, East Java, on Saturday (5/16/2026).

To support increased agricultural productivity, Sigit mentioned that the Bhayangkara Corps has developed a coal-based Precision fertilizer, which is useful for raising pH by one to two levels.

"It also restores nutrients, thus enriching the soil and improving plant health," Sigit said.

According to Sigit, this innovation is already being implemented on corn farms in West Java and Papua Provinces.

Sigit further explained that other innovations implemented by INP include vertical dryers, mobile huskers, soil testers, solar-powered pumps, atmospheric water generators, and mobile rotary dryers.

"These are useful for drying corn evenly and more cleanly without having to transport the harvest to the warehouse," Sigit concluded.
