Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) held a simultaneous promotion ceremony nationwide on Wednesday (31/12/2025), elevating ranks from high-ranking generals to enlisted personnel as part of its annual career development program. 

The ceremony took place at the INP Headquarters and across regional police headquarters.

“This promotion ceremony is held simultaneously across Indonesia to ensure uniform career development and organizational cohesion,” said the INP Public Relations  Division Head of Public Information Bureau Brigadier General Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko, as cited by antaranews.com.

A total of tens of thousands of personnel received promotions, including 42 high-ranking officers, 308 promoted to senior superintendent, 642 to superintendent, and more than 36,000 non-commissioned officers. The process was conducted through a standardized and transparent system.

Chief Truinoyudo said the promotions reflect institutional trust and aim to strengthen professionalism, integrity, and public service quality, in line with the transformation agenda to better meet public expectations.
