Intensified Patrol Held by Police in Lampung Tourist Attractions as Public Enthusiasm Remains High

inp.polri.go.id - Lampung. Police held an Enhanced Routine Activities (KRYD) as public activity at tourist attractions after Eid al-Fitr has the potential to disrupt public order and security after the Eid celebrations. 

Police saw that huge crowdings could lead to vulnerabilities, such as traffic jams, crime, and disturbances to public order.

Pesisir Barat Sub-regional Police Chief, Superintendent Bestiana reminded the public to always look after their belongings, comply with applicable regulations at tourist locations, and play an active role in maintaining a conducive situation. 

The presence of police among the community is expected to prevent the intention and opportunity for perpetrators of crime, Tuesday (3/31/2026).

"Furthermore, we are also coordinating with tourism management and relevant agencies to ensure the safety and smooth running of visitor activities," she said.
