Inp.polri.go.id – Maluku. Maluku Regional Police gave gifts for 22 inmates of Maluku Regional Police on Tuesday (4/9/2024). The presents were given by the General Criminal Investigation Director, Senior Superintendent Andri Iskandar to show empathy and strengthen the bond between the inmates and the police. "This present is a gift from the police chief as part of our compassion and care for the inmates," says Andri. Andri further says that the step taken is part of attention and compassion of the police towards inmate, while also to celebrate the warm atmosphere of Eid Al-Fitr. Of this activity, Senior Superintendent Andri Iskandar hopes that the gift provision could give a moral boost for the inmates in undergoing a rehabilitation process and improving oneself in order to return to society better.
