inp.polri.go.id - The Indonesian National Police (INP) Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo confirmed that he will investigate the poisoning case of a number of school students allegedly due to consuming Free Nutritious Meals (MBG). The in-depth investigation is still ongoing.

"We are currently conducting an in-depth investigation as our personnel are going into the field location to look into the case closely one by one," explained General Sigit at the INP Headquarters, Jakarta, Friday (9/26/2025).

General Sigit ensured that any developments related to what his party is investigating will be conveyed openly.

"Of course, we will officially inform you later," he said.

It is known that this poisoning case investigation is mainly handled by each regional police department. However, General Sigit has instructed his personnel from the INP Criminal Investigation Agency to give their best support in uncovering the case.
