Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Indonesian Ambassador to the UAE Judha Nugraha confirmed on Wednesday (4/3/2026) that no Indonesian citizens (WNI) have fallen victim to the escalating regional conflict.
Despite heightened tensions following the 28 February 2026 airspace closures across the Middle East, the security situation in Abu Dhabi and Dubai remains stable under local authority control.
"We have ensured that no Indonesians are among the casualties, though we continue to monitor the 41 citizens currently stranded due to flight disruptions," Ambassador Judha said from Abu Dhabi, as quoted by antaranews.com
The embassy is coordinating with airlines to assist those affected by rescheduled international flights. While the UAE government has implemented preventive security measures, Indonesian officials urge citizens to remain vigilant and report their status via official hotlines.
The mission remains optimistic that regional stability will be restored as they facilitate logistics and communication for transit passengers caught in the operational gridlock.
