As the advisor to the Indonesian National Police (INP) Basketball Sports, he emphasized the importance of developing mental and physical resilience in facing challenges, including the threat of narcotics.

"The philosophy of basketball, such as solid team defense and effective fast breaks, reflects the importance of cooperation, mutual protection, and the ability of state officials to respond quickly and appropriately to the needs of the community," said Suyudi on Tuesday (7/7/2026).

Therefore, he supports the 2026 INP Chief's Cup Basketball Tournament, which is characterized by a spirit of sportsmanship. 

The 2026 INP Chief's Cup Basketball Tournament is one of nine sports contested during the 2026 National Police Sports Week.

The event is held as a forum to strengthen synergy, coordination between agencies and communities, and foster a spirit of unity through sports.

Suyudi emphasized that the inter-ministerial and institutional tournament is not just a sporting competition, but also a strategic platform for building collaboration and strengthening bonds of brotherhood among state officials.

"This tournament between ministries and institutions is not just an ordinary sporting competition. More than that, it is a strategic platform to strengthen synergy, collaboration, and bonds of brotherhood among state officials," noted Suyudi.
