Bo valid information supports the claim. Fact-checks revealed that the original footage was manipulated from a video on Gibran’s official YouTube channel showing his participation at the 3rd Plenary Session of the G20 Summit in South Africa in November 2025, where he spoke on AI partnerships and responsible natural resource management.

The Vice President made no mention of distributing business capital during the event. Furthermore, AI detection analysis via Hive Moderation revealed that the voiceover in the viral clip had a 99.2 percent probability of being generated by artificial intelligence.
