inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Indonesian National Police (INP) carry out budget efficiency as a follow-up to Presidential Instruction Number 1 of 2025 which regulates budget savings.

“Relating to official travels, meetings, and other things, including the budget efficiency, we are obviously going to do the same thing as the other institutions,” said the Head of the Indonesian National Police (INP) Public Relations Division Inspector General Sandi Nugroho on Wednesday (2/12/2025).

Sandi says that the INP Chief, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo and his units have devised a new format related to the budget cuts.

It was reported that the budget for INP has been cut up to IDR 20.5 trillion.

Sandi conveyed his hope that with the budget cuts, other beneficial programs can prosper. However, Sandi noted that the budget cuts won’t affect the top performance of the police.
