Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Ministry of Foreign Affairs has assured that its internal operations remain effective under Minister Sugiono, despite social media claims suggesting coordination issues.

"The Ministry has a clear working system, including structured communication between the minister and senior officials," said Ministry spokesperson Rolliansyah Soemirat on Monday (10/2/2025)).

He dismissed allegations that Minister Sugiono lacks coordination or fails to document key presidential meetings, explaining that both written and verbal communication are valid practices.

"Minister Sugiono directly engages with mid-level officials when needed. Communication is always two-way," Roy emphasized, as quotes by antaranews.com.

Regarding meeting records, he clarified that only strategic matters requiring follow-up are documented.  He also  firmly denied the online reports, calling them inaccurate.
