“We can guarantee that the commemoration of Good Friday in Belitung is going conducive,” says the Head of Belitung Sub-regional Police, Superintendent Sarwo Edi Wibowo on Friday (4/18/2025).

According to him, the procession of Good Friday at churches in Belitung has been going well. He says that the security for the day is also part of the police commitment in ensuring the security and order of the area.

“This security is part of our service for the people who are praying on Good Friday,” says Sarwo Edi.

He also appreciates all personnel who have been working hard in ensuring the security of the people and emphasized the security personnel presence during these kinds of important days. Sarwo Edi determined that he will continue to provide the best service for the people of Belitung.
