Prabu adds that this step was taken to ensure that the public obtains fast and accurate information needs, starting from handling refugees to accelerating post-disaster recovery.

Furthermore, he said that based on the results of a direct review in the field, in addition to the establishment of an information and media center, restoring access to communication and telecommunications is also urgently needed.

The recovery includes strengthening signals, internet access, and data. Adding bandwidth in a disaster crisis area is very necessary to help the people recover.

"So, in addition to public communication, telecommunications infrastructure is also a priority for us. In critical conditions like this, fast and accurate exchange of information is very necessary, don't let it be hampered," he said.

At the end of the opportunity he also mentioned that internet access is very much needed, because it is not only for access to information but also socialization, education, and entertainment for the victims, especially children.
