inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Presidential Staff Office (KSP) is optimistic that the Lapor Mas Wapres service can further accelerate the resolution of problems reported by the public because it gets direct attention from the Vice President (Wapres) Gibran Rakabuming Raka.

Deputy Chief of Presidential Staff Muhammad Qodari said the Lapor Mas Wapres service could accelerate the problem handling of the complained institutions.

Qodari says the more channels provided to accommodate public reports, the more parties will handle the problems reported.

The KSP also received several reports from the public, which were forwarded to various institutions that were responsible for the problems reported.

“So it's not just the Indonesian House of Representatives that can receive the public complaints,” said Qodari.

Previously, Vice President Gibran opened a public complaint channel that can be accessed directly by visiting the Vice President's Palace or via WhatsApp message, starting Monday (11/11).

The service, named Lapor Mas Wapres, was announced to the public via the Instagram account @gibran_rakabuming which was uploaded on Sunday (11/10).
