inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Investigators from Metro Jaya Regional Police arrested W (40) who is a fugitive in a molestation case in Ciledug, Tangerang. W is a religion teacher who molested a number of his students.

"Yes, he was arrested yesterday (1/29/2025)," said the Head of Public Relations of Metro Jaya Regional Police, Senior Superintendent Ade Ary Syam Indradi in his official statement on Thursday (1/30/2025).

He revealed that W was arrested in Rancapanjang Village, Seuat Village, Petir District, Serang Regency, Banten.

Ade explained that in this case, suspect W tricked his student by saying that he had a dream that his hand was sick and that what could cure it was the victim's semen. Then, W invited his victims to his house to fulfill his sinful desire.

"So, the perpetrator molested the child victim," said Ade.
