Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The Financial Services Authority (OJK) has blocked 2,617 illegal financial entities from January to November 2025 to strengthen consumer protection amid rising digital financial fraud. 

The action was carried out through the Task Force for the Eradication of Illegal Financial Activities (Satgas PASTI), OJK announced on Friday (12/12/2025).

“OJK remains committed to protecting the public by taking firm action against illegal online lending and investment schemes,” said OJK Executive Head for Consumer Protection Friderica Widyasari Dewi, as cited by antaranews.com.

The blocked entities consist of 2,263 illegal online lending platforms and 354 illegal investment offers. Satgas PASTI also coordinated with the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs to block 2,422 phone numbers linked to illegal debt collectors.

OJK further reported that since the launch of the Indonesia Anti-Scam Center (IASC) in November 2024, more than 373,000 fraud reports have been received, with total losses reaching Rp 8.2 trillion. Authorities continue to enhance monitoring and enforcement nationwide.
