One of the places that will be the focus of the patrol are food places or restaurants that are often crowded with people when breaking the fast.

Other than restaurants, police also focus their patrol in public spaces, crowded with food stalls.

On the other hand, aside from doing patrol Sleman Sub-regional police also monitor the traffic situation to prevent congestion and criminal actions.

Sleman Sub-regional Police Public Relations Chief, Police Senior Inspector Salamun says that “as a preventive effort, the evening patrol will be continuously carried out throughout Ramadan to anticipate traffic congestion and criminal activities”.

“The presence of our personnel can minimize the security disturbance in the area as the community activities in Ramadan are growing,” adds Salamun.

At the end of his statement, he says that his party will continue to do monitoring while also reminding people to be careful.
