inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. President Prabowo Subianto said his goal in eradicating corrupt practices was to create a clean government, especially for the young generation, the nation's next generation.

"We are a generation that will soon have to leave the stage. We are doing this only for our children and grandchildren. We are now fighting against corruption so that you (the next generation) can take over the country in good, strong condition," said President Prabowo while giving a speech at the Pancasila Day commemoration ceremony at the Pancasila Building, Jakarta, Monday (6/2/2025).

The President also asked for support from all levels of society, especially young people to help him create a clean government and fight corruption.

Prabowo then continued by urging the people to also take a stand and act when they find officials who do as they please.

“We should not stand idly when watching government officials do as they please, and are not loyal to the nation and state,” continued President Prabowo.

In the same speech, the President also reminded all elements of the government, including government institutions, to improve and clean themselves up.

“Our country is strong, those who are not loyal to the country will be removed without hesitation, without discrimination, without looking at what family they are from, at which party they are, which tribe they are. Those who are not loyal to the country, who violate the law, who violate the Constitution, we will take action against them!” calls President Prabowo.

The President, in the ceremony, also hit the officials who were unable to stop and prevent the leakage of state funds as they are better to resign than to be dismissed by the President.
