Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. President Prabowo Subianto is scheduled to travel to Malaysia following his state visit to India from 24 to 26 January 2025 to bolster Indonesia's diplomatic and economic ties with both nations.

“From India, I will proceed to Malaysia for another state visit,” he announced during a press briefing at Halim Perdanakusuma Air Base on Thursday (23/1/2025).

In Malaysia, Prabowo will meet with Seri Paduka Baginda Yang Dipertuan Agong Sultan Ibrahim and Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim to discuss strengthening bilateral cooperation, highlighting the close cultural and historical connections between the two countries.

During his India visit, President Prabowo will attend the 76th Republic Day celebrations as a guest of honor. He is scheduled to hold bilateral talks with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Droupadi Murmu. The meetings will include the signing of agreements in health, culture, security, maritime safety, and digital technology, according to antaranews.com.

The President will also meet Indian business leaders interested in investing in Indonesia. Notably, 352 Indonesian Military (TNI) personnel will represent Indonesia as an honorary contingent in India’s Republic Day parade.
