Inp.polri.go.id - Jayapura. The Damai Cartenz Task Force have handed over three members of the Armed Criminal Group (KKB) accused of attacking health workers and teachers in Anggruk District, Yahukimo Regency, to the Wamena Prosecutor’s Office.

“Suspects Hombim Sama alias Dilan Sama, Nander Sobolim, and Ami Sobolim alias Wanggol Sobolim were officially transferred on Tuesday after investigators declared their case files complete,” said Brigadier General Faizal Ramadani, the Commander of the Damai Cartenz Task Force, on Wednesday (15/10/2025).

He said the trio were involved in multiple crimes, including assault, aggravated theft, and deadly attacks on civilians in the highland district. The suspects are now being held at Wamena Class IIB Prison.

The 21 and 22 March 2025 assault in Anggruk killed a teacher named Rosalia, destroyed two teachers’ housing units, and damaged seven classrooms. Investigators have identified 15 suspects in total, with the remaining perpetrators still being pursued.
