Inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The selection committee has officially closed the registration for candidates for the National Police Commission (Kompolnas) for the 2024-2028 term. 

Online registration was open from 27 June to 19 July 2024.

Hermawan Sulistyo, the Head of the selection committee, announced that 137 individuals applied during this period.

"Registration for Kompolnas candidates closed on 19 July 2024, with a total of 137 applicants," he said on Saturday (20/7/2024).

The applicants include 37 police experts and 100 community leaders.

The results of the administrative selection will be announced on 23 July  2024. Successful candidates will then proceed through a series of tests including written exams, essay writing, health and psychological evaluations, assessments, and academic potential tests, culminating in interviews, Hermawan said.

After the final selection, the committee will present 12 candidate names to the president, who will select six individuals to serve as members of Kompolnas.
