inp.polri.go.id -  As a follow-up to the direction of the National Police Chief, in an effort to open a communication bridge between the police and the community, the Gorontalo Police Chief, Inspector General Helmy Santika, opened a public complaint service hotline. "The hotline will be going through either 110, Whatsapp (WA) 085173330986, Instagram with the account @kapoldagorontalo29 or email: kapoldagtlo29@gmail.com," explained the Two-Star General. Inspector General of Police Helmy Santika, said that with this hotline, it is hoped that it can accelerate services to the community. "Hopefully, with this hotline, all complaints from the public can be handled quickly, accurately, and thoroughly," explained the Akabri graduate in 1993 as quoted from Tribratanews.gorontalo.go.id, Wednesday (02/11/22). The Gorontalo Police Chief hopes that the community can take advantage of this service as well as possible and of course, it can be accounted for.
