inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The United Pati People's Alliance (AMPB) protesters dispersed peacefully in front of the DPR/MPR RI Building in Central Jakarta on Thursday afternoon (8/27/2026).
The protesters decided to end their demonstration after receiving a commitment from the DPR RI leadership regarding the completion of the Asset Confiscation Bill.
The dispersal took place after AMPB Coordinator Supriyono, also known as Botok, conveyed the results of an audience with DPR RI representatives to the protesters.
Around 12:00 PM, Botok read a letter of commitment from the DPR RI leadership to the protesters who remained at the location.
In the letter, the DPR RI leadership stated their commitment to completing the Asset Confiscation Bill no later than December 15, 2026.

The dispersal process proceeded peacefully and orderly. No disturbances were observed as the protesters left the location.
Several participants also expressed their appreciation and gratitude to all elements of society who attended and voiced their demands during the demonstration.
The bus carrying the AMPB protesters then left the area in front of the DPR/MPR RI Building and headed towards Palmerah.
