inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. Head of the State Civil Service Agency (BKN) Zudan Arif Fakrulloh emphasized the importance of mapping the talents of state civil servants (ASN) as the key to encouraging effective and targeted development.

This was conveyed by Zudan when handing over the Decree to 522 CASN in Madiun Regency, East Java, Wednesday (5/14/2025).

He emphasized that every State Civil Servant (ASN) must be positioned according to their education profile, competency, and professional experience in order to have a direct impact on public services and regional development.

"Talent management is an instrument to realize the country's goals. ASN that are well mapped will become the driving force of development and impactful public services," said Zudan.

He also highlighted the importance of strengthening an adaptive personnel information system, including improving the inclusion of educational degrees as the basis for mapping.

In addition, ASN are encouraged to build a positive image of the bureaucracy through professionalism, work ethics, and quality service.

"ASN are the face of the bureaucracy. Building public trust starts from how we present ourselves at work," he said.

Zudan hopes that all CASN who have just received the SK can understand from the start that the success of an ASN career is not only a matter of length of service, but is determined by the competence, performance, and integrity that are built early on.
