inp.polri.go.id – The Banten Police revealed that in the second week of October, the number of traffic accident have decreased compared to the previous week. Head Bureau Ops of Banten Police, Commissioner Dedi Suhartono, said the victims of traffic accidents in the second week of October 2022 were only five cases, a decrease of 10 cases or 67% when compared to the previous week. As for those five cases of traffic accidents, a total of two people died, two people were seriously injured, and seven others are only having minor injuries with total material losses of IDR 7.5 million. "In this case, the highest traffic accident cases are at the Cilegon Police Station with three cases, which caused one person died, one person was seriously injured, and six people were slightly injured with material losses of Rp2 million," explained Commissioner Dedi Suhartono when delivering weekly analysis and evaluation related to traffic accident data in the Banten Regional Police jurisdiction, Monday (17/10/2022). The weekly analysis and evaluation were also attended by Bante Police Main Officials and personnel from resort polices.
