inp.polri.go.id - Jakarta. The National Nutrition Agency (BGN) continues to investigate fraudulent sales of Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG) spots or Free Nutritional Meal Kitchens (MBG), which are currently rampant among those impersonating the agency.

"I believe there must be a fact-based investigation," said BGN Deputy for Systems and Governance Tigor Pangaribuan, Tuesday (3/10/2026).

He urged anyone lured by the sale of SPPG spots to immediately report it to the Indonesian Nutrition Complaints Center (SAGI) Call Center 127 for prompt investigation and follow-up.

BGN Head Dadan Hindayana also urged the public to be wary of business offers claiming to be the MBG Program and demanding monetary or other compensation.

"The public should always be vigilant and cautious with any business offers, including offers to participate in the MBG Program," Dadan said.

He emphasized that any fraudsters found to be operating under the MBG Program will be reported and subject to strict legal action.

"If the person has been identified and has a clear address, the case will be processed according to procedure. If it's clearly fraud, it will be reported legally," Dadan stressed.

BGN has discovered a proliferation of fraudulent activities using the priority program using various methods, one of which is the lure of buying and selling SPPG spots by individuals demanding a fee.

The latest case of alleged fraud under the MBG Program was perpetrated by a woman from the Pondok Permata Housing Complex, Babelan Regency, Bekasi, West Java. The victim reportedly deposited tens of millions of rupiah. The perpetrator's modus operandi was to lure them into opening SPPGs with promises of multiple profits.
